Midterm Changes
Search Client in CRM > Select “Details” > Select “Select Action” dropdown for the following options
  • Download Policy & Receipt
  • Email Receipt to Client
  • Pay in Full
  • Submit a Claim
  • Instant Changes and Portal Cancellation (Tenants Only)
  • Generate Additional Insured COI - All of our commercial products (excluding Retail and Course of Construction) include a blanket AI endorsement on CGL - underwriting approval not required
  • Create an Extension (Course of Construction) - Instantly quote and complete an extension for up to 18 months of total coverage. Please submit any extension requests 18-24 months to underwriting


To Update Payment Method Midterm
Search Client in CRM > Select “Details” > Select “Payment Information”
*Please make sure the updated card is set to default. The new payment method will not apply automatically to pending renewals - visit the renewal application to update*


Renewals
Search Client in CRM > Select “Continue” under the Continue Application tab

  • Update Coverages and Deductibles
  • Review and update Revenues, Locations, and any other applicable changes from the previous term
  • Update Payment Frequency (Monthly or Annual Pay)

 

Lapse

Search Client in CRM > Select “Details” under the Application Details Tab > Under the “Select Action” dropdown, select “Decline Application”.

The Renewal Application will still be available to manually bind coverage up to the renewal date
